Looking at this iconic building on Nipigon's main street I'm brought back to my childhood days. I can almost smell the popcorn! Walking home from school we always went by and stared at the huge movie posters outside of the theatre to plan our evenings. The marquee light bar was lit up every night and lit up the night as we waited for the huge big doors to open. Sadly the theatre has been closed down for sometime now and needs a facelift for sure - but some of the charming historic features remain - like the big screen, built in speakers and the older projector. This building is 5,000+ sq ft, metal roof, solid concrete & brick construction and can be used for a variety of commercial uses.
